Granny came earlier this month and we all went apple picking at Sky Top....It was our first apple picking trip and it was a lot of fun....

Granny came home and made homemade apple pies...They were so yummy!!
We also went to the Southern Christmas Show in Charlotte...This is our second year...It is amazing...so huge! There are beautiful displays of Christmas trees and lots and lots of shopping...unbelievable....
And then there are the leaves...tons and tons of leaves...I know it looks like we haven't raked all season, but the truth is we had just raked this area the week before.....
I'm sure you all are getting ready for Thanksgiving this week as we are....the groceries are bought...the house is clean (more or less).. We have family coming tomorrow and we are so excited about seeing them....We'll be missing those that we can't be with....they'll be in our thoughts and as always in our hearts...I hope you and your family have a happy & blessed Thanksgiving!
We are all so excited for them...It was such a sweet moment. He proposed to her at the base of the waterfalll..It was a beautiful spot and a beautiful moment. We were thrilled to share their very special moment with them...It brought tears to my eyes...I was there the day this little girl was born so to share this with her was amazing...
